Terms and Conditions - Four:Thirteen - Branding.Co

1. Project Scope
This agreement covers the specific services outlined in your selected package or proposal. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or added fee.
2. Payment Terms
A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final files are delivered. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
3. Timeline & Deadlines
Project timelines begin once all required information, content, and payments are received. Delays in client communication or missing materials may extend the timeline. Rush fees may apply for expedited work.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in your package. Additional revisions or major changes outside the original direction may incur extra fees.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
Final approved designs become the property of the client once full payment is made. The designer retains rights to all drafts, concepts, and unused designs. The designer may showcase the final work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. File Delivery
Final files will be delivered in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector formats when applicable). Files will be sent digitally. It is the client’s responsibility to download and store files safely.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non‑refundable. If the client cancels the project after work has begun, payment is required for all completed work. No refunds are issued once final files are delivered.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary materials. Delays in communication may affect the project timeline.
9. Designer Responsibilities
The designer agrees to deliver high‑quality work, maintain professional communication, and complete the project as outlined in the agreed scope.
10. Communication
All communication will take place through the agreed method (email, messaging platform, etc.). Response times are typically within 24–48 hours during business days.
11. Confidentiality
All client information, materials, and conversations will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the project.
12. Liability
The designer is not responsible for legal issues related to trademarks, copyrights, or business outcomes after branding is delivered. The client is responsible for verifying that their chosen name, logo, or brand elements do not infringe on existing trademarks.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing. The client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date. No files will be delivered if the project is terminated before final payment.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services, submitting payment, or signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
